Are you a customer-focused parts professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions? We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Kamloops, BC.
Job Description What You'll Do As a Parts Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and operational teams by providing exceptional service and parts expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting all aspects of parts sales operations
Providing front counter sales support to customers
Supporting shop parts sales and internal service teams
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Sourcing and ordering used parts as required
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Participating in customer service, call quality, and performance initiatives
Assisting with inventory control and inventory management activities
Performing warehouse duties as required
Participating in health and safety initiatives
Supporting continuous improvement projects and special assignments
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For Journeyperson Parts Certification
Previous parts sales experience
Caterpillar product knowledge
A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A collaborative approach and commitment to building respectful working relationships
The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment




Preferred Qualifications Experience with the following systems is considered an asset:

SIMSi
InfoCast
Lawson M3
Landmark Smart Office
M3 Sales Automation
Microsoft Office Suite
Industry experience in any of the following areas would also be considered an asset:
Mining
Heavy Construction
Heavy Equipment
Industrial Technology Products
