About the Chance

Support sales enablement through the execution of work orders and processing of completed sales transactions.

Ensure sales managed account work orders are processed in a timely manner with attention to detail. Including but not limited to:

Subscription Plan setup and corrections.

Billing: One-Time charges, refunds, and credits.

Payment processing fee updates.

Partner services charges: Bookkeeping, Data Migrations, Payroll, etc.

Partner with internal teams to help solve for ‘nuanced’ or ‘special case’ work orders.

Become proficient in all required sales managed billing and support systems.

Identify and support building business cases to automate any billing related processes with the goal of improving operations.

Deliver activity reporting, relative to managed accounts on a per-month basis.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering,



and Support teams on any change management activity and issue resolution, including: system testing, bug identification, error escalation, and documentation corrections.

About You

2+ years’ experience with a Billing system, such as Zuora, Salesforce, Chargebee, or Stripe Billing.

Experience with subscription-based billing, pro-ration

Strong communication skills

Pay Range
$30 - $33 per hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
