As a vital member of our bakery team, your role includes directing Bakery Utility Clerks, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will also be tasked with product presentation, accurate pricing, and managing inventory effectively to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Decorate and finish all baked goods efficiently
• Supervise Bakery Utility Clerks in daily tasks
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the bakery department
• Ensure accurate merchandise pricing and inventory
• Implement health and safety policies in daily functions

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in bakery and decoration required
• Pass in-house Bakery Decorator testing
• Supervisory background highly regarded
• S.A.I.T. or Wilton course completion preferred
