Provide essential security services as a full time Security Guard at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Engage in proactive patrols, incident response, and customer service to ensure safety and security.

In this temporary role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a secure environment at CMH. The position requires strong skills in conflict resolution and addressing emergencies. With responsibilities ranging from patrols to report writing, your role directly supports patient and staff safety while offering assistance to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols
• Provide excellent customer service to stressed individuals
• Maintain accurate logs of shift activities
• Assist with security escorts and vehicle support
• Investigate incidents and document findings

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year security experience in healthcare
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Certifications in Use of Force and Aggressive Behavior Management
• High School Diploma/GED
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
