The hospitality aide plays a pivotal role in making the dining, social, housekeeping, laundry, and recreational experiences within our community filled with meaning, memory, and relationships.
Hospitality Services will be prepared with care, served with pleasure and appeal to all of the senses. All residents are able to request and enjoy hospitality services of their choosing throughout the day.
The hospitality aide serves as an ambassador to the Community. They are responsible for the day to day hospitality services; through the delivery of high quality hospitality services, resident and family relations. The hospitality aide play an integral part in the community and must work collaboratively with all service areas, General Manager and Supervisors.
