In this role, you will deliver excellent member experiences by providing assistance with new accounts and complex inquiries. You’ll actively engage in sales initiatives and collaborate with credit union departments, guiding members toward appropriate financial solutions. Additionally, mentoring junior staff and taking on leadership functions in specialized areas will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Open recent member accounts and manage complex inquiries
• Promote deposit and investment products




• Ensure accurate processing of daily transactions
• Maintain security protocols for cash and cheques
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education; post-secondary is an asset
• Minimum 3 years cash handling experience
• Background in credit union/financial institution
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
