Atelier Cinq Quatorze is looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our growing production team in Montreal.

We specialize in high-quality custom apparel for clothing brands, businesses, events, and promotional products. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent prints and has experience working in a skilled screen printing workplace.

Responsibilities
Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses
Set up jobs, register screens, and prepare production runs
Mix inks and match Pantone colors when required
Print garments while maintaining consistent quality throughout production
Set up and adjust flash units and dryer settings
Perform quality control during production
Clean screens, squeegees, and equipment after production
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
Work with the production team to meet daily deadlines

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional screen printing experience
Experience operating manual and/or automatic presses
Strong understanding of screen registration, off-contact, pressure,



and print techniques
Knowledge of plastisol and water-based inks is an asset
Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and maintain consistent print quality
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
