Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, following all safety protocols
Prepare prescription labels, count pills, and package medications with precision
Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, offering guidance on medication usage, and addressing basic inquiries
Maintain organized records of medication inventory, prescriptions, and patient interactions
Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and stock management
Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and pharmacy regulations at all times
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth medication administration processes in hospital environments
Skills
Previous experience in community settings is highly desirable
Excellent patient care skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Valuable organizational skills for managing inventory and documentation
Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, team members, and healthcare providers
