Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting perfumes and related beauty products tailored to their preferences
Demonstrate product features and provide personalized fragrance consultations to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell complementary products such as makeup applications or skincare items to maximize sales opportunities
Conduct product demos and educate customers on fragrance notes, application techniques, and brand stories
Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight recent arrivals and promotional offers
Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times,



supporting overall store presentation standards

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Solid communication skills to engage confidently with customers from various backgrounds
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers
Knowledge of retail merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques to boost sales performance
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
