As an on-call team member, you will be the go-to person for crafting delicious sandwiches and providing exceptional customer service during busy prep days.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Handle food ingredients safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Assist in cooking and warming ingredients as needed to ensure timely meal preparation
Follow all health regulations related to food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Support team members during peak hours by quickly adapting to changing demands and maintaining a positive attitude
Attentive to details and following orders diligently

Skills
Proven experience in food service,



restaurant work, or kitchen environments with a focus on meal preparation and food handling
Knowledge of food safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and protected cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
Basic cooking skills with familiarity in preparing ingredients for sandwiches and other quick-service items
Flexibility to be available on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Must be available to work on Sundays
