Current or previous enrollment in the NAIT Water and Wastewater Technician program would be considered an asset. We are seeking a candidate who can: Perform a variety of water and wastewater distribution maintenance and service duties Conduct hydrant flushing and maintenance Install and read water meters Collect water samples Perform sewer main flushing Qualifications Conditions of Employment:C.S.A. steel-toed boots A clean Criminal Records check A Valid Alberta class 5 driver's license, and a satisfactory driver's Abstract.



Current First Aid certification would be considered a definite asset. Additional Information What we do for you:Wellness allowance Monthly Employee Draw In accordance with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 955, current Collective Agreement, the wage is $32.96. Regular hours of work are 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and may consist of a compressed work week of four ten-hour days. The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime as required. The approximate term of the seasonal employment will be from May 4th, 2026 – August 28th, 2026. Deadline for application submission: Monday, February 9th, 2026.
