Role Details Type: Internship/Co‑opWork Term: Fall/Term 1Location: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5 per weekPay: $48,000 – $68,000 CAD Job Description The TD Direct Investing Journey owns the end‑to‑end client experience across TD's self‑directed investing platforms (TD Easy Trade, TD WebBroker, and the TD App). We aim to maintain our position as Canada's best and biggest broker by defining, innovating, and delivering digital features that make it easy to join, fund, and trade along with highly engaging in‑app tools and resources. Responsibilities Product Ownership: Support the Senior Manager or Manager in driving objectives and key results across the customer journey (Shop, Buy, Serve, Engage) by creating and maintaining feature roadmaps, managing escalations, assessing client feedback, and communicating sprint goals as part of an agile team including IT, Architecture, and Change Management. Analytics & Insights: Measure journey key results at each phase, analyze drivers to assess progress, uncover new data‑driven insights, and influence short‑term tactics and longer‑term strategy. Emerging Investor Solutions: Support the Senior Manager or Manager with the long‑term innovation agenda by exploring, developing, and validating current concepts, and defining and scoping early‑stage opportunities through prototyping and testing.



Qualifications Working towards a degree or diploma in a related field (e.G., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business). Strong team player, curious to learn, with an ability to quickly build relationships. Passion for making personal finances easier. Experience working on complex problems with competing stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills; developing business documents and leadership presentations. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Optional: Personal experience with self‑directed investing. Optional: Experience working in wealth, banking, fintech, consultancy, or digital business. Optional: Experience creating business strategy. Optional: Experience working in agile or digital delivery methodologies. Optional: Familiarity with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
