Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gardener & Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. You will maintain the beauty, health, and safety of our outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, experience with landscaping equipment, and a passion for outdoor work.Duties and Responsibilities
Perform regular lawn care including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
Plant, prune, weed, and water gardens and flower beds.
Identify and treat plant pests and diseases.
Maintain clean walkways, driveways, and patios using leaf blowers and pressure washers.
Operate and maintain tools like trimmers, chainsaws, and mowers safely.
Transparent debris, leaves, and snow according to seasonal needs.
Perform minor outdoor repairs on fences, gates, or irrigation systems.

Requirements and Qualifications




Proven experience as a gardener, landscaper, or groundskeeper.
Robust knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and soil health.
Ability to operate heavy landscaping machinery and power tools safely.
Physical capability to lift up to [50 lbs] and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
