Become a Clinical Manager at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority in Attawapiskat, Ontario. Provide essential leadership in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to remote communities. You’ll mentor nursing staff and support them in their patient assessments, ensuring quality care through effective collaboration. Lead administrative workflows and contribute to emergency care management, fostering team growth and community health improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Set operational goals in alignment with WAHA’s mission
Act as a clinical mentor for nursing assessments




Provide support during patient care emergencies
Coordinate patient care strategies with healthcare professionals
Manage staffing, performance assessments, and training Requirements:
BSN or a similar nursing qualification
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Advanced nursing education (Master’s level preferred)
Solid leadership skills with clinical experience
