As part of the National Sales department, you will support Branch Management and operational departments to facilitate seamless team transitions. Your role will involve overseeing licensing documentation, coordinating necessary technology setups, and providing on-site assistance during team arrivals to ensure all processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize pre-hire documentation for current Investment Advisors
• Liaise with IT for technology setup and support
• Train teams on client account opening processes




• Maintain onboarding resources and shared drive documentation
• Coordinate supplies and resources for incoming recruits

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail brokerage or wealth management
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Flexibility to travel nationally
