Cogir Senior Living, a leader in retirement residences, seeks a Registered Practical Nurse. In this role, you will be integral to a multi-disciplinary team, delivering personalized nursing care. You will implement care plans and maintain accurate documentation while mentoring unregulated care providers, creating a supportive workplace for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-oriented nursing care in line with provincial standards
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams
• Implement, evaluate, and adjust care plans as needed




• Complete clinical assessments and ensure documentation accuracy
• Mentor unregulated care providers through teaching and delegation

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in your province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors preferred
• Background in gerontology or long-term care is an asset
• BLS and First Aid certification required
• Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
