In this role you will deliver exceptional service to customers with new/used ag & turf sales, and work towards becoming a Territory Manager. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities

Sales of new/used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers

Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes etc)

Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes

Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available

Displays & merchandising of equipment

Equipment demos & promos





Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge

Requirements

Exceptional customer & communication skills

1+ yrs of retail sales experience

Knowledge of ag/turf equipment & farming practices preferred

Ability to use computer systems & internet functions

Independent travel, valid drivers license

Ability to work flexible schedule/shifts, weekends & holidays

Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports

High School Diploma/equivalent work experience
