McDougall Energy is seeking an experienced Service Technician Lead Hand in Teeswater. Focus on providing top-tier service while prioritizing safety and technical oversight in this dynamic role.

This position entails a combination of technical servicing and crew leadership, aligning with our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will conduct inspections and guide Service Technicians through safety standards and operational protocols. Reporting directly to the Service Manager enhances communication and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regulatory inspections for oil and propane
• Lead teams and mentor Service Technicians
• Report any personnel issues as necessary
• Complete TSSA Technician Audits thoroughly
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols

Requirements:
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Licenses such as OBT, PM3, LP are beneficial
• Experience with boom truck and fork truck is an asset
• Valid Driver’s License required; DZ license preferred
• Solid organizational and customer service skills
