About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative integrated Senior Project Manager to lead theexecution of end-to-end marketing campaigns for top-tier clients. This role is crucial in ensuring theseamless delivery of high-quality digital, content, experiential, and print assets for a co-brandedpartnership program and GTM campaign. The ideal candidate will be a proactive go-getter who cannavigate a fast-paced environment and effectively manage clients and complex projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for marketing campaigns, from briefing and creativedevelopment to final delivery. Both internally from a project management standpoint and externally from a client management standpoint.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk managementstrategies.

Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across cross-functional and global teams, including creative, design, production, and account management.

Define project scope, ensuring creative deliverables align with the client’s brief and business objectives.

Track and manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, proactively communicating anyrisks or missing components that could jeopardize launch dates.

Ensure quality control and review deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines.

Partner with account management and finance on scoping and budget needs.

Manage project hour burn reports and collaborate with operations to accurately allocateresources.

Establish and optimize processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all campaigns.

Lead escalation and risk management by assessing project status, flagging risks, and providingproactive mitigation plans.

Demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple complex projectssimultaneously and prioritize appropriately.

Build and maintain key relationships with client partners and comfortable leading meetings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.





Comfortable working autonomously and able to resolve or elevate issues appropriately.

Clear communicator to team and clients; a natural diplomat with the ability to gather informationand push back while maintaining positive relationships.

About You
The essentials:

5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably with experienceon the agency side.

Proven experience managing the timely, end-to-end execution of integrated marketingcampaigns, including digital, content, and print assets.

Proficient in project management software (Wrike, Monday.com, Asana) and Google SuiteDrive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini) or equivalent.

Familiarity with paid, owned, and earned media plans is a plus.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range.



The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range$55—$60 CAD
