Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to create a positive first impression
Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and handle patient inquiries efficiently
Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as preparing examination rooms and handling medical supplies
Use medical terminology confidently to document patient information and communicate effectively with the team
Support staff with inventory

Requirements




Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred
Prior experience with JUNO EMR system is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
Experience with medication administration and understanding of safety protocols
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and scheduling
Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with patients and staff
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
