In this energetic position, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall upkeep of our property. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a safe, effective, and welcoming setting for everyone.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and other building infrastructure
Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot issues to restore functionality efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage spaces
Assist with setup for events or special projects within the facility as needed
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs




Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance duties

Skills
Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work in a commercial or industrial setting
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic carpentry skills
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks safely
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
Certification or training in safety procedures or relevant technical fields is a plus
