Summary

We are seeking a passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at Bánh Mì Très Bon Located in Canada, this role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to freshness and authenticity. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking various dishes according to recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and handling.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Assist in menu planning and development as needed.




Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques.

Requirements
Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Passion for cooking and commitment to quality ingredients.
