Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring timely delivery during busy service hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Support the kitchen team by managing food handling procedures and storage protocols
Ensure all food served is fresh, properly cooked, and visually appealing




Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold a safe working workplace

Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality in all tasks
