The Journeyperson Technician will play a critical role in maintaining vehicles at Hickman Chevrolet Cadillac. This position requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring open communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors. Your technical skills will shine as you manage service tasks independently and work towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles efficiently
• Utilize technology to manage repair timelines
• Communicate parts needs and repair issues promptly
• Write detailed records of work performed and charges
• Independently manage workflow and identify current service opportunities

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid RED Seal certification
• General automotive repair knowledge required
• Experience with GM vehicles considered an asset
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Valid NL Driver's License with a clean record
