As a Youth Support Worker (YSW), you will work collaboratively with other professionals to supervise youth effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety, adhering to guidelines, and facilitating group sessions. In addition, you will actively support cultural diversity and assist with various tasks around the Centre, contributing to a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with therapeutic staff to support client needs
• Supervise clients while ensuring their safety
• Share important information about clients’ conditions




• Facilitate group work and intervene in behavioral challenges
• Help maintain a clean and organized Centre space

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in de-escalation techniques
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transport option
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector check
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
