You will play a critical role in validating data uploads, disbursing funds, and reconciling General Ledger accounts. Key Responsibilities:
• Disburse funds accurately via EFT, Wire, or Cheque
• Validate financial data uploads between systems
• Ensure accuracy of funder checklists and compliance
• Send communication letters to customers as needed
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts for leases and commissions

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in bookkeeping; finance experience preferred
• Strong aptitude for math and detail orientation
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of NetSuite and Aspire an asset
