You will play a crucial role in vineyard operations at Quails’ Gate, supporting pest monitoring, irrigation maintenance, and vineyard data collection. You'll provide training and oversight to vineyard workers, ensuring a high-quality working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor pest and disease control across vineyards
• Operate communication technology for data collection
• Schedule and maintain irrigation systems




• Collect vineyard data for estimation and reporting
• Train and manage vineyard staff for optimal productivity

Requirements:
• Diploma in Viticulture, Horticulture, or relevant field
• 2+ years of hands-on viticulture experience
• Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Experience with pest and disease monitoring
• Full Class 5 driver’s license
