Are you interested in using data to support business strategy, improve the customer experience, and help a national automotive business make better decisions?
Stellantis Canada is looking for a Strategy & Business Analytics Co-op Student - Customer Programs to support the Aftersales business. This role will work closely with the Warranty, Service Contracts, Customer Experience, and Dealer Support teams to help analyze performance, identify trends, and support key business initiatives.
This team plays an important role in the customer ownership experience after a vehicle is sold. It helps support warranty processes, customer protection programs, dealer performance, cost management, and business growth across brands including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo.
Internally, some of these customer protection programs are known as Mopar Vehicle Protection, or MVP. These programs help provide customers with added confidence and support beyond the original vehicle purchase.
This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, building reports, and turning information into clear insights that support real business decisions.
Key Responsibilities Analyzing warranty, service contract, dealer, customer, and financial performance data
Supporting reporting and dashboards that track key business trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps
Helping identify opportunities to improve customer experience, dealer performance, cost management, and customer program growth
Supporting analysis of customer protection programs, known internally as Mopar Vehicle Protection, or MVP
Monitoring warranty claim activity, dealer behaviour, and cost trends to help support fair and consistent business practices
Supporting data validation and reconciliation between new reporting models and legacy reporting sources, including Snowflake data, historical mainframe reports, and Power BI reporting where applicable
Preparing PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, and supporting materials for leadership discussions
Supporting updates to warranty, customer program, and service contract materials, including bilingual publications where required




Responding to data requests and reporting inquiries from internal stakeholders
Working with cross-functional teams, including Warranty, Customer Experience, Field Operations, Finance, Sales, Service Contracts, and Dealer Support
Helping simplify complex data into clear insights, charts, and recommendations
Supporting process improvement projects that help the business operate more efficiently
Participating in internal meetings and contributing to ongoing business and analytics discussions

Why This Role Matters Customer Programs are a critical part of the Stellantis Canada Aftersales business. These programs help customers feel supported after they purchase a vehicle, help dealers deliver a stronger ownership experience, and help the business manage performance through better data and insights.
The Strategy & Business Analytics Co-op will help improve visibility to performance,



identify opportunities faster, and support stronger decision-making across Warranty, Service Contracts, Customer Experience, Dealer Operations, and Aftersales leadership.
The position is for an existing vacancy.
The salary range for this role is $1000-$1080 per week.

Basic Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI, dashboards, or data visualization tools
Exposure to financial analysis, statistical analysis, or data modelling concepts
Exposure to data validation, reporting reconciliation, legacy systems, or business intelligence platforms is considered an asset
Interest in the automotive industry, customer experience, dealer operations, or business strategy
Ability to turn data into clear insights, recommendations, and business stories
Bilingual skills are considered a strong asset
Interest in learning about Aftersales, warranty, service contracts, customer protection programs, or customer experience
