Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with management, residents, and families
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes
• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care
• Participate in best practice programs

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience with seniors
• Proven skills in dementia care and interpersonal communication
• Completed accredited LPN program
• Active registration with provincial nursing college
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
