In this temporary part-time role, the Licensed Practical Nurse will report to the Director of Care and collaborate with an inter-qualified team. You will provide patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care according to provincial standards while maintaining accurate clinical assessments and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct resident care and medication administration
• Perform clinical care assessments and update care plans
• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care/service plans




• Facilitate resident care conferences and documentation
• Assist with resident transfers and move-ins/outs

Requirements:
• Current Practical Nurse Diploma and registration in good standing
• Minimum 3 years experience with seniors' health
• Current CPR certification and computer proficiency
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
