Successful candidates will have a Journeyman Certificate and previous supervisory experience in oil and gas or industrial construction. You'll be accountable for productivity, directing pipefitting teams, and ensuring adherence to Canoco’s safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise pipefitting crews effectively
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment daily
Read isometric drawings and specifications for accuracy
Provide transparent direction to Journeyman and Apprentice Pipefitters
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety activities Requirements:
Journeyman Pipefitter Certificate required
Supervisory experience in construction or turnarounds
Robust knowledge in pipefitting techniques
Current safety certifications including H2S Alive
