Job Summary

Reputable and established automotive repair facility is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent prospect for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. You will work alongside a skilled team of specialists to ensure the efficient operation of a busy automotive service centre.

Responsibilities
Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary services
Communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance
Prepare estimates and open/close work orders
Order, receive, and bill parts
Schedule appointments
Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
Complete reports and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures





Qualifications
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License
Minimum High School Diploma
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience is an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Robust time management and organizational skills
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience
Minimum 1 year of automotive repair experience preferred
