As part of LGC’s agile Talent Acquisition team, you will source, screen, and manage candidates, while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Your communication skills and attention to detail will support our mission of Science for a Safer World. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake meetings to define recruitment needs
Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations




Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain applicant records in SmartRecruiters ATS Requirements:
Experience in recruitment within life sciences or technical fields
Familiarity with ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Robust communication and relationship-building abilities
