About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to join its global, remote-first team. The CPTO will be a key executive responsible for defining and delivering the company's end-to-end product and technology vision. This role is pivotal in unifying product management, software engineering, and IT to drive innovation, enhance platform scalability, and improve both customer and employee experiences. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team,



with a focus on driving business growth, product differentiation, and operational excellence across a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities for the CPTO include leading product strategy and innovation, software engineering and platform development, IT and enterprise technology, data, analytics, and AI enablement, as well as transformation and operational excellence. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in SaaS/platform organizations at a global scale, experience in digital transformation, and a robust understanding of global workforce and enterprise software ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR tech, payroll, or adjacent enterprise software, and experience in managing distributed teams and complex regulatory environments. The CPTO will also be responsible for leadership and talent development, fostering a culture of innovation, and engaging with the Board on technology trends and investment priorities.
