WCYR is seeking a dedicated Housing Partnership Builder to expand the housing prospects for vulnerable communities. This full time role is centered on establishing and nurturing partnerships with landlords and property managers. You will provide essential support for up to six months post-placement, ensuring both tenants and landlords thrive in their housing journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop partnerships with homeowners and housing providers
• Advocate the value of renting to families supported by WCYR
• Create and manage a database of rental opportunities




• Understand and match client housing needs
• Offer assistance throughout the leasing process

Requirements:
• Relevant education in social services or housing management
• Proven experience in engagement strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Familiarity with tenant rights and responsibilities
• Access to a reliable vehicle is a plus
