BALANCED+ is a Mississauga-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider serving mid-market businesses across the GTA, British Columbia, and Calgary since 1994. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales and business development team.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field.;
Solid verbal and written communication skills.;
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.;
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.;
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.;
Comfortable conducting outbound phone calls and business development activities.;
Professional, customer-focused attitude.
