Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for various roles
• Create effective job descriptions and post openings
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews




• Administer onboarding activities for new hires
• Maintain up-to-date HR databases and systems

Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting
• Understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and HRIS knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
