Your Role Support management in daily store operations
Coach, train, and motivate sales associates
Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
Help achieve individual and team sales goals
Ensure strong visual presentation and merchandising standards
Ensure compliance with internal policies (cash handling, security, inventory)
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
Step in for the Manager or Assistant Manager when needed
