As a member of the health care team, you will work in a multi-disciplinary workplace focusing on optimum health care for clients. Shifts are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and nights, with a total of 16 hours every six weeks. This position requires a Practical Nursing diploma and a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
