This position calls for an enthusiastic leader dedicated to building a meaningful After School Program. You will create energetic, play-based programming while supporting a team of Early Childhood Educators. Daily involvement with children is key to cultivating a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and included.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and team management
• Develop engaging outdoor and creative activities
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Mentor staff to enhance program effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to Alberta Child Care regulations

Requirements:
• ECE Level 2 or Level 3 Certification preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in similar settings
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
• Current Police Information Check required
