Start your career as a Carpenter Apprentice with Jardeg at the Key Lake Mine in Saskatchewan. In this fly-in, fly-out role, you'll gain hands-on experience in construction and carpentry.
This position at Cameco’s Key Lake site offers a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule and includes accommodation at a camp. As an apprentice, you'll assist in building forms for concrete and learn essential carpentry skills while studying blueprints and laying out project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building forms for concrete structures
• Help pour concrete slabs, walls, and gradebeams
• Build and install scaffolding and work decks
• Study blueprints for effective work planning
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
Requirements:
• Registered Carpenter Apprentice with approved training
• Valid Driver's License
• Satisfactory Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• CSTS-2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications
• Entitled to work legally in Canada
