Reporting to the Site Manager, your main duty will be to prepare and serve various meals while ensuring a sanitized kitchen workplace. You will engage with kitchen volunteers, oversee supply management, and ensure all safety regulations are followed. This important work significantly impacts the individuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and serve meals and beverages daily
• Maintain high hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
• Manage food supply inventory and shopping duties
• Supervise kitchen volunteers for effective service
• Contribute to the health and safety program policies

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education and Cooking Diploma
• Two years of experience in a related role
• FOODSAFE Certification and First Aid Level 1 training
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
• Two years of sobriety required, if applicable
