Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional for Adult Supported Group Living Services. This part-time role supports individuals with disabilities in fostering independence and community integration.

As a part-time, permanent position, you’re expected to work 20-60 hours per pay period, encompassing a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Your main tasks will include assisting with case management, financial aid, and creating collaborative support plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring a safe and engaging living workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Team Lead with task assignments
• Guide individuals in budget planning and financial matters
• Develop Individual Support Plans and Person-Centered Plans
• Oversee medication setup and compliance
• Ensure home inspections meet agency standards

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• Relevant diploma or degree in social services preferred
• Experience with developmental disabilities
• Must have a valid G driver's license
• Police clearance required
