Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to support chefs and cooks
Help with cooking activities under supervision to ensure timely meal service
Support food handling procedures by maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations
Serve food to guests or staff in accordance with established serving protocols
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards
Organize and store ingredients and supplies efficiently for easy access during meal prep




Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, cooking, and kitchen operations to prevent accidents or contamination

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques such as chopping, mixing, or assembling ingredients is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or food industry setting will help you thrive in this role
Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork spirit
