Duties
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes to ensure timely service
Support the cooking process by following recipes and kitchen standards to produce high-quality meals
Handle food safely by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper storage procedures
Serve dishes efficiently to customers or assist in food service areas to ensure a smooth dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts




Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
Collaborate with team members to uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
Ability to assist with meal preparation and cooking tasks efficiently
Solid understanding of the food industry practices related to serving and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a rapid-paced setting
Basic physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
