We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hard working team member to join our bubble tea store!

This position includes both front counter/customer service and kitchen prep, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Front Counter & Customer Service
Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
Take orders and process payments
Prepare bubble tea and other beverages
Keep the front counter and service area clean and organized
Answer customer questions and handle basic customer concerns

Kitchen Prep
Wash and cut fresh fruit
Prepare and portion ingredients
Restock and prepare supplies for daily operations
Assist with general kitchen prep as needed
Keep the kitchen and prep areas clean and organized

Requirements
Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, restaurant, or other food-service environment is required
Experience with bubble tea or beverage preparation is preferred
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Excellent time-management skills and strong punctuality
Friendly, patient, and respectful when dealing with customers
Responsible, hardworking, and takes pride in their work




Detail-oriented and holds themselves to a high standard
Able to stay calm and think clearly when problems come up
Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed
Comfortable handling both customer service and kitchen prep duties

Schedule

Typical shifts are
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Part-time and full time positions are available. We are looking for someone who can commit to a consistent schedule. Availability and scheduling can be discussed during the interview.
