You will coach employees, enforce policies, and conduct inspections to uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee manpower allocation in bagrooms daily
• Assign GSE and ensure accurate charging
• Mentor employees and enforce company policies
• Investigate and report any missed baggage incidents
• Deliver operational feedback to airline management

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License needed
• Must transparent Restricted Area Identification Card
• Strong understanding of aviation safety standards
