As a full time Counsellor, you will actively assist clients in achieving life goals, enhancing independence, and exploring their communities. This role involves personal care, meal preparation, and facilitating community outings. You’ll maintain detailed records of their progress, ensuring that your support is effective and compassionate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized support for various life goals
• Assist with home support duties, including personal care
• Organize community outings, volunteering,



and leisure activities
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress
• Engage clients in learning new life skills and accessing employment

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 4 preferred)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear criminal record (cost covered by CLS)
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Commitment to person-centered support principles
