In this role, you will be key to setting up, maintaining, and cleaning high-performance production machines within our Manufacturing Department. Utilize your mechanical expertise to rebuild machinery components, coordinate maintenance routines, and assist in line changeovers. The position includes a two-week alternating work shift for flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper assembly and care of machinery
• Rebuild and repair production equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance of machinery
• Provide assistance during line changeovers
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery concerns

Requirements:
• Experience with hand tools and machine operation
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude with solid communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a quality-driven mindset
