Fuze HR is currently hiring Forklift Material Handlers for a well-established packaging and supply chain operation in Brampton. Our client is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, supporting major consumer brands through high-quality manufacturing, co-packing, and distribution services.

Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $21.70/hour

Available Shifts:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating Walkie Rider (50%), Reach Truck (25%), and Dock Stocker (25%) forklifts to move, organize, and stage materials

Loading and unloading trailers in a busy shipping and receiving environment

Supplying production lines with materials to support daily operations

Moving finished products and raw materials throughout the facility

Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accuracy

Following all safety procedures, GMP standards, and workplace policies

Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet operational goals

Significant Job Requirement:




All forklift operators must be comfortable supporting the production team on the floor when required. This role includes both forklift operation and general labour responsibilities.

Candidates must understand that regardless of whether they are operating equipment or assisting with production activities, the hourly pay rate remains $21.70/hour.

What We're Looking For:

Valid forklift certification and experience operating:

Walkie Rider

Reach Truck

Dock Stocker

Minimum 1 year of forklift/material handling experience

Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Reliable attendance and flexibility to support operational needs

Willingness to perform both forklift and general labour duties

Requirements:

Clear background check required

Completion of client onboarding package required

Valid forklift certification required
